Billing Analyst


The Billing Analyst reports to the Director of Finance – FP&A and Business Operations with extensive engagement with the Head of Dealer Solutions, Accounting and Finance , Dealer Sales and Service Delivery, and Sales Operations teams.

The Billing Analyst will drive the monthly customer billing process for our dealer business, prepare data to enable Co-Op funding arrangements between Rollick’s Dealer Customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), assist in the calculation of sales commission, and prepare Dealer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.

Dealer Operations is Rollick’s fastest growing revenue stream – a high volume SaaS business. Key to success in the Billing Analyst role is a strong understanding of SaaS Accounts Receivable Billing, a strong aptitude for systemization of repetitive activities and data management as well as the ability to prepare / review reports over time and identify anomalies. This role may expand into the billing process for other areas of revenue for Rollick.   • Prepare monthly billing file for management approval
  • Process monthly billing and payment files, issue invoices to customers and apply collections
  • Follow up on open Accounts Receivable balances and receive payments from non-credit card payers
  • Prepare sales commission reports for approval
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports
  • Participate in the company's OKR process
  • Ensure that billing processes are completed on time to meet the monthly close deadlines
  • Other Adhoc responsibilities related to billing, collections, rev share, commissions, reconciliations and analysis as directed



  • Experience with SaaS Billing in a monthly subscription billing model with volume-based pricing
  • Experience utilizing a SaaS Billing software, including processing credit card payments
  • Familiarity with the accounting implications of billing, credit memos and payment application
  • Experience with compilation of data for sales commissions and KPIs such as Net New Account additions, Average Revenue per Account, Active Accounts, Install Base, Churn, and Cross / Up – Sell
  • Strong technical experience in Excel to manipulate and reconcile datasets (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, index match)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Analytical approach to problem solving



  • BS in Accounting or Finance – desirable (not required)
  • 2-4 years of similar experience likely in a start-up environment of Private Equity and / or Venture backed companies
  • Analytic and operational technology solutions experience such as Chargeover, Recurly, Zuora or similar. ERP System experience such as NetSuite is desirable
